I have mixed feeling on this one Rob. We, as Americans, bring many, many children to this country, just to provide medical services they can not get at home. Everything from conjoined twins, burn victims, to amputees. I don't mind any of that.

But we don't normally allow them to remain here, any longer than necessary, and we sure don't pay for a lifetime of follow up treatment, and I don't think we should.
