You don't throw out the constitution of the US because it has parts in it you don't like, nor do you throw out public schools because some are failing. most are failing and the two aren't comparable

Allowing people to make the choice of school vouchers will eliminate the need to reform the schools sounds like a good thing back to places that teach children instead of baby sitting rough necks and heathens who don't want to learn.

The public school system served this nation well for decades and it still will, we just have to put some effort into it again.
