Well, let's consider the Ninth Amendment.
Individual rights are not limited to those listed in the US Constitution, its Amendments, or in State Constitutions. Unless a power is granted in the Constitution, it doesn't exist.
I see no provision in the US Constitution that says the Congress will write laws prohibiting specified medical procedures, certain sex acts, contraceptives, women being unveiled, or imagined persons.
In any case, these imagined persons are not citizens why would non-citizens have superior rights which allows them to enslave a citizen?
