So your saying we are what? If you want to insult southerner then call them a coonass. A hillbilly is not actualy a term for a dumb person as it has been conveyed on tv. Actualy historicaly many germanic people had name billy and they settled the hill mostly the Appalachain mountains as did Irish so hens the hillbilly. Scotts that fought for william III were known as billy boys or hillbillies. I'm proud to be a hillbilly as my father is.
