Again, not comparable. If I could pay to use only private roads, then you could compare the two. If I could pay to have my own fire department, then you could compare the two.

I CAN pay for my children's education OUTSIDE the school system without using one iota of Public Resources to do so. I shouldn't have to pay for a system that is NOT the only option.
