See, if you wear a pistol openly on a holster it is not concealed. If you have the proper permits you are protected under the law for having it on public property. That courtesy should not extend to private property where the soveriegnty of the property owner is. It is very hypocritical to say he is infringing on someone's rights for firing someone for whatever reason.

It is his business and he should be able to hire or fire anyone who works for him. Unless of course there is a contract signed by the employer that states otherwise.
