While I agree to a point, I believe it would be throughly immoral to fire someone under those conditions. I may have the right to fire them but would I win a lawsuit if I say, fired someone because they were not recycling in their home?

I guess in reality a better question would be SHOULD I FIRE SOMEONE UNDER THOSE CONDITIONS? What does that say about me, the employer and how long before most of my employees leave for a less controlling boss?
