What ever O' palewonder liar . Just the other day you were telling me abortion is not protected by law. Now you admit it is and there is nothing you can do about that.
The supreme court interprets laws pale. Don't get so excited about them interpreting anything in your favor. Because most Americans support a womans right to choose pale. If the supreme court did somehow make a ruling against roe V wade which was just a court case after all. Then the congress and senate can always pass a law making abortion legal, which they would because most of American supports it. The supreme court will not mess with a law except to interpret it.
The only reason they have not already made the law is that it keeps them from having to listen to the emotional rantings of nut cases like you.
But if it came down to it they will make the law the citizens will insist. Besides legal arguments can now be made that since fertility clinics are killing embryos and the birth control causes abortions too that those must be treated all the same. Lawyers would have a field day with the fact birth control pills cause abortions and medical science is now clear on that.
The country wants women on birth control, we want to give birth control to third world countries as well. They want women to be able to go to fertility clinics.
If abortion was ever banned again it would open up the door to ban birth control pills and fertility clinics too.
Not going to happen. They would pass a law making abortion legal before they would fight the arguments against fertility clinics and birth control pills.
