Why not we sign an agreement that if we let all the Mexicans come, who wish to come to America. Mexico has to let all the Americans who want to come to Mexico to go to Mexico.

We should move 20 million Americans into Mexico and get some more Mexican land. I imagine, Mexico will tighten it's borders a bit more...
