So you see him as lacking as a father you have personal experiences proving he is irresponsable and don't teach the children? If you had the time and money I could take you to many places where kids have guns in their rooms on gun racks because they have had it driven in at a young age and supervision and use and the dangers of such a tool. No accidents no killing sprees no nothing. Rather kids that you would find to be above average for their age as far as responsable and think and have common sense something that is realy lacking these days. why because they were taught they were not asked they expected to learn and held to a standard. Given responsability and new what was expected of them etc. etc.. I have guns and have an 18 month old daughter that is hell on wheels. My guns are not only locked up they are up high in locked cases. Double protection because now is not the time for her to even be around them. Do I worry no because I know where she is every second. That is why I don't believe in cambinet locks or plug inserts yada yada yada. My mother in law ask me if I made the house child safe and I said yes I'm right here. The gun is not the danger the parent is lets work on the real problem if we expect to avoid these tragedies in the future.
