I had a motorcycle accident last September. My insurance company paid over $20,000.00 in medical fees. If I were to sue anyone for damages the insurance company is entitled to get all or part of its $20,000.00 back and why not, it was its money that paid my medical expenses. I can guarantee that I have not paid them $20,000.00.

Its always a sad story when the public can't stick it too a big company the way they really want to.

My question is why, after a settlement of almost a million bucks the woman ends up with about 40 percent of it. It seems like all she did was sue the trucking company for the lawyer. Now, if the lawyer really gave a shit about his client perhaps he would return about half of his fee. That would be nice.
