Unless you really feel the need to carry a weapon given the simple fact that you can't defend yourself without it. Either way, when you leave your home, it's no longer home defense.
And when it's concealed and you're in a public place, it's a concealed weapon.
Get it? Let me illustrate further. I have recently moved to one of the murder capitals of the US, deliberately so. Dusk is coming soon. I think I'll take an evening walk. Just as I often take a pre-dawn walk. Right through the middle of it. When I take a walk, I do arm myself. With a book or newspaper.
That's all I need. The only weapons I've ever had to use for self defense in public have been a golf club, a stick, a knife that was in my car and the look in my eyes.
So tell me, What social or combat skills do you lack that make it necessary for you to carry a firearm in public places?
Or are you just a sad political operative who's a cowardly piece of crap, terrified of interacting with people who don't subscribe to the same horsecrap that you've sadly married yourself to? You're afraid.
You're a coward. You're not a man who can walk down the street without a weapon.

Wow, you are so right. If I were a student at Virginia Tech I should have been able to just walk up to the gunman with a golf club and the look in my eye and he would have backed down. I understand you are sooooo right.
The best part of your philosophy is that one day you are sure to win the Darwin Award by arching your eyebrows and getting your ass shot off. Darwinism will prevail by once again diminishing the genetic defects in the gene pool
