If you disagree with where your tax dollars go, or how much you pay, address it through your congressional representative and senator, or your state reps for state taxes. If enough people agree with you, and your reps refuse to listen, you can replace them through elections.

Yes, I would pardon all non-violent drug dealers. 12 years olds, rarely use meth. If they do, blame the parents. The truth is, the prohibition of drugs, creates the oppurtunity for it to be handed to the youths. Seeing as how drug dealers don't card kids to see if they are 18...
