If this is to be true, then couldn't we say that anything less than the death penalty is wrong, because the white cop was shot by a black man? it could have been a justifiable homicide, its not like you provided any details
Equality is the objective, right?
no the purpose of court is justice
The convicted criminal's lawyer implied this verdict was tainted with racism because the jury was mostly white.
If that is not spreading racial hatred, then I do not know what it is?
Since, I'm a cracker, I'm a racism expert, right? I'm a cracker too but it is the job of the defendant's lawyer to raise every possible doubt he can. The man was just doing his job.

The convicted criminal's lawyer did not mention justifiable homicide. He mentioned the skin color of the jurors. I was just saying without the details it is impossible to determine the innocence or guilt of either party
no the purpose of court is justice
The convicted criminal's lawyer did not dispute the conviction or legal justice, he objected to the skin color of some jurors and then demanded his client be freed. He did his job, whats the point?
*This is a gross example of the racial hatred being promoted in America by people like Obama and his supporters. If it was anybody but the lawyer of the defendant I would agree, I don't think this lawyer was trying to do anything but get his client off the hook by whatever means necessary
