We won't have to spend a dime increasing random inspections by government officials? We'd have to spend quite a bit, initially, because as most of us here with jobs know: the Government rarely does random visits. Your employer knows when they're coming for inspection, and he cleans up, sorts his records, whatever's needed to get into compliance...until the inspectors leave.

Catching people who are saving MILLIONS and MILLIONS of dollars using immigrants will be hard. They've got a lot of money to grease palms, find out inspection schedules, run to the unemployment offices to get some displayable Americans during the inspections...you name it. The ONLY people who can out-innovate Greedy Americans are Criminal Americans.

If we put a price on their heads (not literally!...live-capture only. Murder's still murder), then we'd suddenly have a volunteer work-force of tens of millions of immigrant-chasers here in America. That'd be enough to send a majority of them running.
