Most States have in their constitutions provisions that protect individual ownership of firearms. With provisions to detail what is regulated, prohibited etc...

What is your point? The Right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed...

Meaning, reasonable restrictions such as Rocket Launchers etc, but firearms in general are a protected right.
