Yeah, Reagan flowed American Tax dollars into failed USSR farming projects. Sent billions to develop Chinese nukes. Sent money and weapons to the Khmer Rouge. With, of course the nod from Congress.
Our whole foreign policy is based on supporting whomever at the whim of idiocy. We need to rethink the validity of sending foreign aide, to any nation, at all. Cause the bottom line, is. It hurts America and creates more problems for the world.
