Passing more lame laws to restrict law abiding citizens form access and use of firearms will never stop another VT or NIU. The problem is not with the guns but the people. There already is a law that does not allow the mentally ill to purchase guns, but the Dr's didn't do their job of inputing in information in to the system. So long as the focus is not on the source of the problem nothing will change.
