Default I am Talking From The Laws Viewpoint.

Regardless to if its a City, or County, its still falls under the
Constitution of the State....Regardless. You are the one who
don't seem to know how the laws are establish on different
levels. You damn right I am talking about the con-artists lenders,
and again people like you (who are better off then most) don't
give a damn about nobody but themselves.

Do you understand that lenders can not go into business without
the approval of the three Government levels?, and the ONLY time
that the Federal level cares is when its tax time. I am not confused
one damn bit believe me, due to the fact that I work within the
guidelines of my City, County, and State law guidelines.

If I should screw up (Break the law) my ass will suffer for breaking
the law, and if a lender should break the law (enbezzlement) that's
a crime. Loaning money under false pretents is against the law,
and IFa lending agent is busted by his or her company they are
finish.

Same applies to a Real Estate dealer. Laws is created to protect
the consumers. In closing, (Because I see that you want things
your way or no way at all). You need to go to the library one day,
and research ALL laws concerning this subject. THen come back
with information that's not from your way of thinking.
