America has a lot of people in prison, a chunk of them are illegal aliens that belong in jail in other countries. Another chunk are gang bangers who exist because of the breakdown of family in the cities. Another chunk are the core types with very low IQs who cannot control their oblongotas. And finally, the rest are drug offenders who really should not be in prison at all, they should be hooked up to a drug IV that brings them to the brink of OD each time they lay down to use one.
