All of which are far less than our Government spends on keeping people from using drugs. Far less than Government spends fighting crime that would not be going on if Narcotics where not Prohibited.
Legislating Personal Behavior is just stupid. Tobacco and Alcohol kill more people and hinder more people's well being than any narcotic on the market. It just so happens that they are billion dollar industries, and we got hooked on them before Crack or Marijuana.
