Imminent domain... I believe that is what it is called. If it protects or benefits the greater society as a whole I believe that it proper, so yes... they should be taken away. Don't they take away homes, cars and money from drug dealers? So should they be able to take dangerous weapons off the streets? Legally owned or not...
