It depends on what you feel about the issue. Do you believe that an unborn baby has a right to life? What if a pregnant mother is killed, why does the law charge the killer with double murder?

You can go either with this. which is why I believe it is best to not give this kind of legislative power to Congress but to State Governments, cause the opinions on this vary from region to region. It makes more sense to delegate this to the States instead of giving the Federal Government more power over our daily lives.
