Apologists for Islam state that these "extremists" are small in number and are not following the true path of the "religion" that is Islam.....this is pure bunk! Those so-called "moderates" of Islam are the ones not following in the true path of their "religion"....most "moderates", as it were, have some western values instilled into them. This gives them an moral edge in their interpretation of the Quran. The so-called "extremists" on the other hand, are only following in the footsteps of their chosen prophet, which is why Islam will never, can never reach a state of peace until all infidels have either been converted or dhimmitized or until all Muslims denounce the strict interpretation of the Quran and ban Shar'ia Law altogether.
