Only its not IRAQ--its the liberal utopia of Louisiana--So out of the 120 BILLION devoted to rebuilding after Katrina--9 Billion is already wasted away. I hope someone is keeping an eye on Democrat William Jefferson (D)--I heard he bought a wide capacity freezer recently.
Whats worse--to use money to try and create a beacon of freedom and democracy in Iraq--OR--spending money to rebuild cities like New Orleans--a city that will be destroyed again--its only a matter of time.
