Why not say good things about Bill Clinton?

His approval ratings were three times that of Bush during the same point in his second term. By most all accounts he is considered a great president.

The Looney Gooney birds of the die hard GOP may disagree, but their "Failure In Chief" sits at a measly 25% approval number. What would these morons give to see those kind of numbers for their GOP president?
