I don't think Bill Clinton is a lunatic so there is no reason for him to actually believe in some conspiracy. Not only that, any conspiracy of that magnitude would have taken longer than nine months, so unwittingly many of the looney protestors (many of whom are just protestors because of partisanship and that is it) tie Clinton into it.

He should be shutting these people up, not to mention it serves absolutely no political purpose or otherwise to let these idiots ramble on.
