We spent 1.42 trillion dollars on medical care in this country last year and that includes drugs .

How much would each household be required to chip in per year to reach that 1.42 trillion dollars ?

1.42 trillion divided by 115 million

I'll surmise you mean the American trillion, and not the British trillion.

So your answer would be close to 1.23 million per household. Which brings into question those numbers.
