Bush is already giving Hillary advice on how to keep the troops in iraq when she takes office which is really scary because that means she may have already been decreed the next president. But in any case you would be wrong on that point. On immigration republicans and Democrats are just alike. They all want cheap labor and to bust the unions so both Dems and REp's want illegals . Oh sure some will say they want a wall. Come on now I built homes for 15 years . I know something about building. Along our 2100 mile with Mexico a wall would be close to finished if anybody in Washington really wanted it. Put the army core of engineers on it and its a done deal. Presto wall in about 3 years. But its not being done because nobody in Washington wants it.
