I think Israel has 800 Nuclear Weapons and regularly attacks it's neighbors. Anyone in the MidEast would want several nuclears weapons to deter Israel.
Why doesn't Bush ask Israel to give up it's nuclear advantage (provided bythe USA) in exchange for our protection and less biased use of force?
