It's all about
PR. If an agent from Hezbollah goes in and kills a peaceful person for speaking her mind in the name of Israel; it makes Israel look bad in the media. And, anytime Israel is made to look worse, it makes Hezbollah look better.
Also, there is the possibility that the person could have been a very Shi'ite (I think) Muslim, from what I understand they don't very well appreciate women in the streats with out headcoverings and men with them.
