Petraeus is in a no win situation anyway. Congress has said they would not listen to him at on epoint. Others will say that he is a Bush puppet no matter what he says (that is unless he agrees 100% with them).

What would it take for you lefties to believe the General? Could anything make you believe him? If not, then what does it matter what he says or doesn't say - if your minds are already decided.
