Imagine if America had pulled together and made it a real policy to neutralize US dependence on the mid east AND act covertly to destabilize and otherwise "neutralize" hostile regimes.
THEN.. in 1973..
or even in 1977 or even in 1983
when they KILLED over three hundred marines in two bombings.
For normal people.. THAT was an act of War..
