New Orleans, does not seem to have made a huge amount of progress. Maybe it is lack of leadership and a plan. I don't know enough about it, and frankly, I don't care too much about it either. Let me amend that, I don't care too much about it until, another Katrina comes along and starts the process all over again. When that happens I will care about my tax dollars being used to buy boobs for the populace.

This is Nagin's puppy. He can rebuild in any way he chooses. The chocolate city will rise from the ruble. As an architectural designer, I can say with certainty, water will always win, and whatever is done in NO is another time bomb waiting for the correct conditions to detonate again.

The definition of insanity is repeating an action and expecting a different result. NO should definitely not be rebuilt as it was, and, it does not have the leadership to rebuild it in a manner that there is a greater chance for survival. All the money that was sent there is money thrown out the window.
