Yes is it not strange the way the different sexs mature? A young man reaches his sexual peek in his teens....long before he has the emotional or mental ability to "understand" the implications that comes along with this physical pleasure and on the other hand a young lady reaches emotional and mental stability long before the male as women are reaching their sexual peek about the same time men are beginning to "physically" deteriorate......I guess "God" does know what he is doing, doesn't he? For I personally know of some men that would simply not have made it through life if they had not had the pleasure of being harnessed by a "strong willed" woman, to control this emotional instability. Some call it "settling down".....I call it "marring down". BD
