Montana, Whomong, Colorado, and South Western Canada has more sand oil than ALL of the above combined. At this time cost to extract the oil, from the sand is about $100.00 per barrel. There are 4-5 different companies working FULL SPEED trying to get the cost per barrel down. It will happen, and when it does the Middle East, and South America, wont be able to give their oil away.
