You think her age would be considered? The age of knowing right from wrong comes when they decide to pick up a weapon and gang bang. Personal responsibility has no age barrier...if in fact they have been instructed...and if they have not...that's when the lock up their parents clause in their stead comes into play...as they have failed both their child and society. If we keep making excuses....well there ever be any change in morality in our society? As I have spoken before....a slap on the hand in denial often does more good than a kiss on the cheek.....in empathy. One is an act of real love the other an offer of condoning poor action. BD
