Oh well taxes are so confussing who knows whos telling the truth! Republcans or Democrates!

I've heard said; give the tax breaks to the working poor and the middle class b/c both poor and middle class will take the money and go shopping! thus stimulating the economy by purchasing durable and perishable goods. In other words you give tax cuts to these two groups and they feed the capitalistic monster of continuous productivity consumption and purchasing.

Whereas, you give the tax breaks to the wealthy and they take the money and put into investments or offshore accounts thus not stimulating the econcomy.
