I say eliminate both of these wastful dept, and return public eduction back to where it was in 1978.

Eliminate/shutdown Dept. Homeland Security, and make the FBI, CIA, NSA, FEMA, DISASTER PREPARADNESS AND LOCAL and STATE police do their jobs and share information.
