Crow, is your house green friendly? I am willing to bet that you are just like the rest of us, we try to conserve but the finances are such that we can only do so much. Our leaders should they be held to a higher standard? I think that once they enter public life they are held higher regardless.
As to us getting away from oil, I am all in favor of that. We grow plenty of corn to make this happen. I have written my elected officals to include the President to tell them we should go in this way.
