Glad that we agreed on something at long last, but back to the problem.

One of the key features of the Middle East problem is the problems caused by the shambles we made after WWI and even more so after WWII. Where we seperated the region into makeshift countries and basically said you lot have to live there because you believe that, and you have to live there because you don't. Out of this came great resentment and has not been resolved since. You think that because actions are in the past they can just be forgotten about. NEWSFLASH! The world does not work that way, people do not work that way. How easy it must be for you to make such sweeping statements when you fail to have empathy for those that wish to rule over.

I wish it was as easy as having a blank sheet to start again. Actually that reminds me of an analogy that is a good place to start. (Think it was in the film I Heart Huckabees) Anyway, imagine holding up this blank sheet This sheet represents all of existence. This bit of the sheet is me, that bit over there is you, down there is Israel and over there is the middle east that bit represents chritianity that bit islam and finally over there is bunny rabbits, just because they are cute and the fact you say I'm fluffy haha.

Well what is the main piece of information you gather from this image? Any ideas? Does any of it look familiar or are you having real trouble trying to distinguish between one bit and another? That is because we are all the same, there is nothing different from any of us and the sooner we all realise this the better.

Anyway, I have digressed, back to the point of solutions before you go on about my right brain etc. My solution is to start with the Israel/Palestine problem, we have just allowed palestine to be an idependent state. This looks like a good idea but is probably flawed due to continuing existence of israel, which they all despise. So what we need to do is merge, israel palestine and say all or at least the western part of Jordon and call it something like The kindom of Jereuselam and Arabia (taken from and old map somewhere) and this new country allows all to live within its borders the same right to work and do the best for themselves, as well as worshipping which ever God they wish, and to be free to go, live and buy houses anywhere they wish. They could write some great 'decleration of coexistence' and together move forward to bigger and better things.

This new state should have no more power than necessary to maintain its borders and internally affairs. This would lead to an acceptance from other Arabic states and the chance for any refugees from any of these countries to go here and experience freedom.

All we need to do is convince the US, Israel, Palestine to give up any apirations of power or control and to get the Arab world to believe that this is a great idea. No problem!
