I saw this the other day. Hubby said he woudn't go back to Kenya, let alone pay for it. Plus, just read the N.O tourism is "rebounding".

FYI: Savannah, GA, does a bus tour of the historic area and to make the round back to the station goes through the projects. Not a great feeling.
